Natoora
Radical seasonality at its best. Natoora champions independent growers and heritage seeds, supplying fruit and vegetables at their true peak. From Cornwall’s shores to our kitchen, Flying Fish works with local fishermen to bring in seasonal, responsibly sourced catch. They follow the Cornwall Good Seafood Guide, ensuring traceability and sustainability in every delivery. Craft and care from sea to plate.
Shipton Mill
A restored Gloucestershire mill where traditional stone-ground flour is still made using carefully maintained French burr stones and historic machinery.
Working with organic, carefully grown grains and no artificial additives, Shipton Mill keeps things simple, producing flour that’s natural, full of flavour, and rooted in proper craft and place.

Crafted at the edge of the Silent Pool in the Surrey Hills, this small-batch gin is rooted in its natural surroundings and built around bold, layered botanicals.

On the chalk soils of the South Downs, Rathfinny crafts some of England’s most celebrated sparkling wines. Family-owned and run with a respect for place, their wines are elegant, expressive and rooted in the landscape that shapes them.
Lake District Farmers
Working with a network of Cumbrian farmers and shepherds, Lake District Farmers supply meat raised across some of Britain’s most rugged and beautiful landscapes. From Herdwick sheep grazing the fells to small herds of Belted Galloways and free-foraging pigs and poultry, everything is slow-reared with care and space to roam.
Led by people who know the land intimately, it’s farming shaped by weather, tradition, and respect- producing honest, full-flavoured meat with real provenance and character.
