Whiteley's Cafe Viennoiserie

Whiteley's Café

FROM FIRST LIGHT THROUGH THE AFTERNOON

Whiteley's Café sets the pace for the day.

Coffee is made carefully and served early. Pastries, fruit, and simple dishes are prepared for mornings that start slowly or need momentum. Lunch is informal and unfussy, designed to fit into the rhythm of the day. Afternoon tea offers a slower pause, before the courtyard comes into focus. Ice cream, cold drinks, and long pauses at the table. In warmer months it opens outward. In cooler ones it draws people in.

Whiteley’s Afternoon Tea

A little less proper, a lot more Whiteley’s.

Scones still arrive warm, tea is poured just right, and there’s always something sweet to finish. The difference sits in the detail.

Seasonal ingredients lead the way, with pastries, savouries and preserves shaped by what’s growing, fermenting and tasting its best right now. Some things feel familiar, others less so.

From £36 per person.
