    This summer, we've teamed up with Silent Pool Gin to bring a fresh twist to the season. 

    Expect four exclusive botanical cocktails, a menu of bold seasonal plates and The Perfect Pairing from 3pm–7pm – our Cucumber Etiquette cocktail served with a complimentary gin-cured Chalk Stream trout tostada.

    British produce takes centre stage at Whiteley’s Kitchen this August. Our hyper-seasonal set menu brings together ingredients at their peak, bold flavours and contemporary cooking, served in the heart of the neighbourhood.
